Thunderbird Park

Thunderbird Park

Thunderbird Park is an amazing wildlife and geologically rich oasis, stretching over 112 hectares on Tamborine Mountain. Translucent rock pools, inspiring landscapes, towering rainforests, and star-studded skies all add to the magic of Thunderbird Park. Activities include fossicking for your own treasures in the world’s largest mine of thundereggs, riding horse and bike trails through ancient rainforests and gum studded grounds, abseiling, laser skirmish, and mini golf. Rainforest Restaurant-Gallery-Bar is open daily and serves modern Australian cuisine, including the very popular ‘Breakfast with the Birds’ barbecue on Sundays from 8am.
