It seems as if most of the great restaurants are located on Tedder Ave and the Provincial is no exception. This French eatery serves up mussels poached in white wine and tomato broth, pork mignon and truffled mashed potatoes. Order a bottle of Shiraz, and try the veal. You will be smitten with the melt in your mouth braised calf that is truly indescribable. The Provincial is open every day for lunch and dinner, but call ahead for reservations.
